Exchange & Returns

At NÆZ Design, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will do our best to ensure a smooth return or exchange if needed.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on where to send it.

For returns and exchanges, the shipping cost is covered by the customer.

You are also welcome to visit our showroom if you prefer to arrange your return or exchange in person.

If you notice any issue beyond normal wear, please contact us via Instagram or email at design.naez@gmail.com . We will gladly arrange an exchange or work with you to find the best possible solution. Since most of our pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities, we may not always have the exact size or model available, but we are committed to helping you find the best option.
